M&E Electrical

DPGFSS is NICEIC registered and experienced in all types of commercial electrical work, from minor reactive repairs to full-scale rewires.

We offer a 24-hour service to respond quickly to any issues that arise and carry out electrical testing, diagnostics, and fault finding. For larger projects, a dedicated Quality Control Manager oversees the work, ensuring consistent progress and regular updates.

We’re equipped to handle projects of any size, with all work completed in line with NICEIC standards — our work is regularly audited to ensure full compliance. With DPG Plus, you can have complete peace of mind knowing your project is in the hands of qualified, time-served professionals.

We prioritise minimal disruption and always leave the premises clean and tidy after our visit. All workmanship is backed by a full written 12-month guarantee, and appointments are arranged to suit your schedule.

All electrical work is carried out by qualified electricians and complies fully with British Standard BS 7671 (IEE Wiring Regulations) to meet current safety regulations.

M&E Maintenance

Planned Preventative Maintenance: We provide proactive maintenance packages across Scotland, delivered from our Glasgow base at competitive rates.

Every package begins with a full property review, giving us a clear picture of all mechanical and electrical assets on site. From there, we build a tailored PPM schedule — ensuring every installation is correctly maintained for its environment and nothing is left to chance. Our experienced in-house Service and Maintenance team handles everything from routine upkeep to repairs, bringing the expertise to keep your systems running reliably and efficiently.

The result: fewer unexpected failures, longer asset lifespans, and complete peace of mind.

Energy Audits Saving on Power Consumption.

Understanding how energy is used within the built environment is the foundation of achieving efficiency and identifying meaningful savings.

At DPGFSS, we deliver bespoke energy studies that go beyond the numbers — analysing exactly where energy is being consumed, why, and what can be done to reduce it. Our reports consider every factor, from system performance to occupancy behaviours, giving building owners and occupiers a clear, actionable picture.

For existing and occupied buildings, studies are ideally conducted using the last 12 months of energy data. This real-world approach allows us to assess actual consumption patterns, uncover system inefficiencies, and develop tailored strategies to drive down unnecessary usage.

The result: reduced operating costs, improved environmental performance, and a clear roadmap for long-term savings.

Our Energy Studies service is led by Chris Caine and a team of highly skilled M&E Engineers, each trained in Energy Optimisation — bringing both technical expertise and practical insight to every project.
